How to Perform

  1. Lie on a flat bench holding dumbbells above your chest with palms facing each other.
  2. With a slight bend in your elbows, lower the weights out to the sides.
  3. Lower until you feel a stretch in your chest, keeping the arc motion.
  4. Squeeze your chest to bring the weights back together above you.
